Hi Craig and Kieran!
Seeing as we’ve been in conversation with you in person, we assume that this form message has been sent to all clubs and does not apply to us at this moment. We take this to be the case because our conversations as well as Craig’s visit to our office indicate that we have not become inactive as a student club.
When I met with Kieran several weeks ago, he confirmed what I already know to be true, that there is actually no deadline for ratification and that we could take our time in responding. Has anything changed since our talk? We have yet to make a decision on this matter as our governance structure relies on consensus and our board meets less frequently in the summer months.
We appreciate your understanding and will get back to you as soon as we can.

Dear OPIRG,
This message is your final notice regarding club re-ratification. Having extended the deadline multiple times, we must assume that you’ve become inactive as a student club if we don’t hear back from you this time. This will alter your ability to access clubs grants, room bookings, and other services through my office.
On Monday, July 25th at 4pm, your status as an AMS club will expire, and you will no longer be recognized by the Society. If you wish to retain your status, you must fill out the form found at the following link, or contact me to make alternative arrangements:
